Reservation
Requirements:
All reservations must be made with a major credit card. A refund
to your credit card will be made if the minimum number of reservations
is not obtained. If a passenger fails to arrive for flight, charges
will incur.
All reservations must be made at least 24 hours in advance of the requested flight, by using the form on this website or by calling us directly at 631-777-2514. Payment only
by credit card. Cancellations must be made at least 2 hours prior
to flight time, otherwise charges will incur.
If customer fails to arrive for flight charges will incur.
Luggage:
Luggage is limited to one briefcase and one fold over bag, not to
exceed 25 pounds, total weight.
Excess baggage will be considered as additional fare and charged
accordingly.
Disclaimer:
Northeast Air & Sea Services, LLC. reserves the right to cancel
any and all flights. Northeast Air & sea Services, LLC. will
not be held liable for any inconvenience arising from cancellation.
Cancellations:
Cancellations can be due to to unforeseen weather conditions including
but not limited to precipitation, winds, and low visibility in accordance
with Federal Aviation Regulations and New York Helicopter Charter,
Inc. policy.
